Grammy-nominated Stevie Jewel Performs “Mo Li Hua” at MSTVOW

MSTVOW had the pleasure of recently hosting their first Open House Party Concert.

Inviting musical talent from all over the GTA to California and Nashville.

Performers included:

Canadian Boy Band – Boyz of Pop,

Beach Boys Tribute Band – California Sun,

A selected band from School of Rock Markham,

AND, Nashville-based singer – Stevie Jewel.

Classic songs from artists such as ‘NSync, Beach Boys, Led Zeppelin and Janis Joplin were performed at the Open House Party Concert. The range of different music styles at the event was absolutely incredible.

Grammy-nominated singer Stevie Jewel, wowed the audience when she sang a popular Chinese Folk Song titled “Mo Li Hua”- literally meaning Jasmine Flower. This traditional song has been performed by both international and Chinese stars like Celine Dion and Peng Li Yuan, China’s First Lady.

Knowing that there are still young people out there who can pick up an instrument and perform with a heart full of passion gives us great high hopes for the future of the music industry.
